How to get to 3459 Via Lido, Newport Beach
From the 55 Freeway (Newport Blvd)
Head south on CA-55 S toward Newport Beach. Continue straight as the 55 turns into Newport Blvd. After approximately 1.5 miles, turn left onto Finley Avenue (you’ll see the Lido House Hotel on your right). Parking in the Finley parking lot is free for all guests of The Lido Theater.
From Pacific Coast Highway
From PCH, turn onto Newport Blvd heading north. Turn left onto Finley Avenue (you’ll see the Lido House Hotel on your right). Parking in the Finley parking lot is free for all guests of The Lido Theater.

Free Parking is Available off of Finley Avenue
Turn East onto Finley Avenue, next to Lido House hotel. The parking lot on the left is free for all visitors of Via Lido Plaza, including The Lido Theater. To get to the front of the theater after parking, stroll down the Lido Walk and the entrance to the theater will be on your right.
Please note that we do not validate parking, including the Lido Marina Village parking lot.
